How do I start the return process?
It’s simple! Just e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the name(s) of the item(s) you would like to return, as well as your reason for the return. We want to know how to improve your experience with us!
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 10 days from when you receive your items to e-mail us and claim a return.
How much does it cost to return an online order?
It’s free! We provide a free return label for orders over $10 (before shipping & taxes). Your return label will be provided within 2-3 business days from your return claim.
Can I return online orders in store?
Unfortunately, stores cannot accept or process online returns due to inventory control and payment processing, but we’ll gladly take care of your return for you online!
Can I return sale items?
Sale items, such as flash sales and special priced items, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
How long will it take to process my return?
Your refund will be issued upon the receipt of the item(s). It will take 3-5 business days for the refund to post depending on your bank.

All orders totaling to $40 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING. These orders will ship by USPS First Class.
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. All Priority 1-Day, Priority 2-Day or Overnight Express shipping methods must be placed before 3:00PM (Mon-Fri) to be processed and shipped on the same day. If a Priority 1-Day, Priority 2-Day or Overnight Express shipment is placed during the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
