How do I start the return process?

It’s simple! Just e-mail customerservice@myfioreboutique.com. Please include your order number, the name of the items you would like to return, as well as your reason for the return. We want to know how to improve your experience with us!

 

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 10 days from when you receive your items to e-mail us and claim a return.

 

How much does it cost to return an online order?

It’s free! We provide a free return label for orders over $15 (before shipping & taxes). Your return label will be provided within 2-3 business days from your return claim.

 

Can I return online orders in store?

Unfortunately, stores cannot accept or process online returns due to inventory control and payment processing, but we’ll gladly take care of your return for you online!

 

Can I return sale items?

Clearance sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

What other items are FINAL SALE?

All cosmetics is Final Sale in addition to sale items.  

 

How long will it take to process my return?

Your refund will be issued upon the receipt of the item(s). It will take 3-5 business days for the refund to post depending on your bank. 

How many time can I exchange or return?

You can exchange or return only one time per item.

What happened with my free shipping if I return the item and my total amount is under $40?

You will be charged shipping fee of $6.50 if your total amount will be lower than $40 after your return.
